An open letter to all clans.

For matters diplomatic:

By order of the DoomHammer High Council, this statement is written with the intent to be shared with all Beasts, and all clans. Please do not hesistate to reproduce this information under one's own best discretion:

THE High Council of DoomHammer, hereafter refered to as "We," are officially formed and are thus able to negotiate and share actual diplomacy with the leaders of the other clans. The best way to conduct diplomacy is via the official forum at https://doomhammer.forumotion.com/open-Section-c2/Diplomacy-f8.htm . We thank you in advance for your civility and desire for mutual gain.

Also to note is the actual DoomHammer high council. The leadership of the DoomHammer clan is an "open page" system where all members of the clan alert the others to events. If solutions are not immediately obvious, the Council will decide and declare the best course of action to take, and the other members assist them in carrying out this action. The DoomHammer High Council elected a cycle of leaders. This leader serves as the "hammerhead" of the clan, a figurehead, a final word, and a tiebreaker. The cycle starts on April 1, 2007 with Archangel. The cycle shifts on the 1st and 15th of every month. What follows is the current cycle of HammerHeads, until further notice, as of April 1, 2007:

April 1: Archangel
April 15: Bored
May 1: Bludrok
May 15: Gerby
June 1: Krakyn
June 15: Norbert
July 1: Archangel

And so on.

the cycle is subject to change.

The list of Hammerheads is mostly a formality, as We expect most diplomacy to occur via the aforementioned board. However, we are making the list known so anybody who feels they may wish to discuss something private with the leader of DoomHammer may do so at their leisure.
